Honoring Two of Our Senior Assistants
Memphis Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Group would like to congratulate senior assistants Stephanie Moore, RDA, and Kalina Cleaves, RDA for successfully completing the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DANCE) recertification examination. This examination, sponsored by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), is the culmination of an intense course of study and demonstrates proficiency in the following subjects:
- Basic sciences
- Evaluation and preparation of patients with systemic diseases
- Anesthetic drugs and techniques
- Anesthesia equipment and monitoring
- Office anesthesia emergencies
It also shows that our clinical staff is committed to high quality continuing education and patient safety. Senior assistant D. Danielle Naylor, RDA successfully completed the examination earlier in the year. To Ms. Moore, Ms. Cleaves, and Ms. Naylor we say…salute!!!
